Jacqui de Borja is an accomplished User Experience Design professional with extensive experience in the fintech sector and a strong background in managing comprehensive design projects. Currently serving as VP of User Experience Design at BlackRock since June 2021, Jacqui previously held the role of Director of User Experience at Tuition.io from 2017 to 2020, where leadership involved the redesign of a multi-faceted enterprise-level platform. Prior freelance work included conducting user research and redesigning platforms for compliance management, alongside roles in which collaboration with notable clients such as Bank of America and Nissan was fundamental. Jacqui's educational background includes a B.S. in Cognitive Science from UCLA, supplemented with continuing studies in product management at Stanford and additional coursework in art and design.
