Yee Mon (Chrystal) Thant is a current BSc Accounting and Finance student at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), with a robust portfolio of internships and leadership roles. As an incoming 2024 Summer Analyst at BlackRock and an active participant in the Women in Markets initiative, Thant has demonstrated a strong commitment to advancing women in finance. Additional experiences include roles at J.P. Morgan, where Thant was selected for the Winning Women program, and a range of insights into significant hedge funds and investment banking firms, including Man Group, AllianceBernstein, and Blackstone. Thant also serves as the President of the LSESU ASEAN Society and the Head of Outreach for the LSESU Accounting Society, along with being a Student Academic Mentor at LSE. Academic foundations were laid with an International Baccalaureate from Birkerød Gymnasium and an International General Certificate of Secondary Education from Rygaards International School.
