Carl Blackburn is a Principal Tramway Engineer at Blackpool Transport Services Limited, where Carl has been working since May 2013. Prior to this, Carl was an Electrical Maintenance Engineer at EMCOR Facilities Services for almost a decade. Carl is currently pursuing a Level 5 Apprenticeship in Operations/Departmental Management at Blackpool and The Fylde College. Carl also holds various qualifications in electrical engineering from the University of Central Lancashire, including a BTEC National Certificate and City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate.
