David Grozdan has extensive work experience in the IT field. David began their career as a Computer Technician and Administrator in various schools from 1995 to 1998. From 1998 to 1999, they worked as a Systems Administrator and Technician at Mill Park Secondary College / Plenty Parklands Primary School. David then joined Histar Invotech Group as a Tech Support Technician from 1999 to 2001. After that, they worked at Dynamic Solutions (ZDS Services P/L) as a Systems Engineer from 2001 to 2005. Their next position was at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they held several roles including Systems Engineer, Team Leader - IT Field Services, and IT Manager, Asia Pac from 2005 to 2019. Currently, they are working at Blackmores Group as the Head of IT - Manufacturing since October 2020, and previously served as the IT Manager from 2019 to 2020.

David Grozdan completed a Diploma in IT (Networking) at Homesglenn Tafe from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Cert 3 in IT from Box Hill Tafe. There is no available information regarding their educational background before attending Tafe.
