Anne-Louise Keating is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as the People and Culture Business Partner for Global Corporate Functions at Blackmores Group since November 2019, Anne-Louise has been instrumental in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals in a global health solutions company. Prior experience includes roles such as Head of Human Resources at OneSteel and Downer EDI Limited, where strategic HR management significantly contributed to organizational success. Anne-Louise began their career in HR at Avon and the Commonwealth Bank, bringing a solid foundation of expertise to their roles. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Charles Sturt University and a Master's of Business from The University of Queensland, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the same university.
