Katrina Forsyth currently serves as the Associate General Counsel for Global Employment at BlackLine, a position held since September 2024. Previously, Katrina held the role of Director of Global Employment Counsel at Oportun from November 2021 to August 2024. Prior to that, Katrina worked as an Attorney at Faegre Drinker from October 2019 to November 2021 and as an Associate Attorney at Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. from November 2016 to October 2019. Katrina began professional legal practice as an Associate Attorney at Litchfield Cavo LLP from June 2015 to November 2016. Katrina holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings), obtained between 2009 and 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs, Anthropology, and Psychology from The George Washington University.
