Caryn was the Global Head of Organisation Development at Investec Bank for many years. Caryn teach on Desmond Tutu’s African Leadership program which aims to build the next generation of leaders across Africa. Caryn support Blacklight as a senior advisor working on leadership and strategic engagements. Caryn run a Masters's program at the London School of Economics on the theory and practice of Organisation Development.
