Steve Rugari is a seasoned professional in the field of engineering and physics, currently serving as a Senior System Engineer at BlackHorse Solutions, a Parsons Company, since January 2022. Additionally, Steve holds a position as a Member at HYBO - Applied Intelligence LLC since September 2021. Prior to these roles, Steve was a Software Engineer at Praemittias Group Inc from January 2010 to June 2021. Steve earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nuclear Physics from Yale University, where studies took place from 1984 to 1991, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Virginia Tech, completed in 1984.
