Monica Morgan has an extensive background in account management and product management, spanning over two decades in various leadership roles within well-known organizations. Currently a retired Director of Account Management at Blackhawk Network since March 2018, Monica previously served as Sr. Manager of Account Services at InteliSpend Prepaid Solutions from September 2012 to March 2018, and held the title of Manager of Incentive Technology Solutions at InteliSpend Prepaid Solutions, LLC (formerly American Express Incentive Services) from January 2003 to September 2012. Monica's career began at American Express Incentive Services as a Product Manager from July 2001 to January 2003. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Manager for Mallinckrodt's Airway Systems, focusing on new product development and various cross-functional collaborations. Monica holds an MBA in Management/Human Resources from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a BSBA in Marketing from Missouri State University.
