Troy Gullett, PE, MBA is the General Manager of Surface Operations at Blackhawk Mining since June 2017. Prior to this, Troy served as the Senior Mining Engineer at Alpha Natural Resources from May 2008 to June 2017. Troy holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Charleston, completed in 2009. Additionally, Troy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the University of Kentucky in 2008.
