Steve Bachman is the Founder, President, and CEO of Retail Construction Services, Inc., a highly regarded design-build commercial construction company serving a diverse range of markets across North America, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. With over 480 years of combined project management experience, RCS specializes in sectors such as retail, medical, and automotive. Additionally, Steve serves as a Director and past President of the Retail Contractors Association, where leadership was demonstrated during the transformative challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic. As a founding investor and director at Blackeye Beverage, LLC, Steve contributed to the early success of a leading co-packer in the shelf-stable beverage market. Furthermore, Steve is an investor and governor at Life Floor, helping the company maintain its position as a global leader in aquatic surfacing. Steve holds a degree in Business with an emphasis on Corporate Finance from Hamline University.
