Sarah Moussa has worked in a variety of roles since 2009. Sarah began their career as an Assistant Manager at Market Basket in 2009. In 2015, they worked as a Server & Brand Ambassador at Burtons Grill, LLC and as an Infection Control Intern at Massachusetts Eye and Ear. In 2017, they were a Practice Service Coordinator in the Surgery Division at Medicus Healthcare Solutions. In 2018, they became the Manager of Client Services at Aerobiotix, Inc., and in 2019 they began working as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive in the Life Sciences & Technology group at Black Diamond Networks.

Sarah Moussa obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Lowell between 2013 and 2016. Sarah then attended Rivier University from 2012 to 2013, studying Registered Nursing. Finally, they obtained their Master's of Business Administration - MBA in Healthcare Administration from Rivier University between 2016 and 2019. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in CPR, Emergency Medical Technician, and Tip Certification.
