Jordan Jones-MA has held a variety of roles since 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they were the Video Coordinator at the University of California, Davis. From 2013 to 2014, they were the Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at California State University, Chico. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Assistant Men's Basketball Coach/Adjunct Instructor at Modesto Junior College. During this time, they were responsible for all aspects of recruiting, student-athlete evaluation, opponent scouting, game plan development, practice plan organization, and skill development. Jordan also organized, planned, directed, and promoted youth camps, high school team camps, and clinics. From 2016 to 2018, they were an Outside Sales Representative at BlueLine Rental. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Pharmaceutical/Medical Device Sales Rep at JDS Therapeutics LLC. Since 2019, they have been an Account Executive at Black Diamond Networks. In this role, they focus on account management, recruitment, and supply of senior level, specialized technical consultants within select engineering within FDA regulated domains.

Jordan Jones received a Masters from Concordia University Irvine in Coaching and Athletic Administration in 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science from Culver-Stockton College in Sports Management from 2010 to 2012. Before that, they received an Associate of Arts - AA from Treasure Valley Community College from 2008 to 2010.
