David Taberner is an experienced professional in sports coaching and education, currently serving as a Trialist and ATG Coordinator at Blackburn Rovers Football Club since January 2022. Previously, David held the position of Head of PE at Archbishop Temple School since September 2012. David's extensive background in football includes roles such as Local Recruitment Coordinator for Burnley Football Club, Academy Scout Coordinator at Everton Football Club, and Academy Scout at Bolton Wanderers Football Club. David began their career at Blackburn Rovers as an U14 Academy Coach. Educational qualifications include a PGCE in Physical Education with QTS from Liverpool John Moores University and a BA (hons) in Physical Education with Sports Development from the University of Cumbria.
