Laura Agudelo is a Global Channel Operations Analyst at Blackboard, where responsibilities include leading strategic projects, resource allocation, and overseeing sales performance across multiple regions including EMEA, North America, LAC, and APAC since May 2020. Prior to this role, Laura served as a Sales Process Intern at Schlumberger, managing client software access and organizing client event logistics from June 2019 to April 2020. Laura holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, supplemented by education in Industrial Engineering at Universitat Politècnica de València and an intensive English course through EF International Language Campuses. Laura completed secondary education at Colegio Andino Deutsche Schule Bogota and Gymnasium Konstanz.
