Nora Traughber currently serves as the Head of Data at Blackbird since April 2024, following a significant role as the Director of Business Operations for Venture Investing at Emerson Collective from July 2018 to June 2023. At Emerson Collective, responsibilities included enhancing technology solutions to provide actionable data for investment decisions. Prior experience includes managing portfolio operations and analytics at Code2040, where efforts focused on developing impact metrics and secure data management. Additionally, Nora held various operational roles, including Manager of Conference Content at Net Impact, Fellow at the California Foundation on the Environment and the Economy, and Member Advocate at the Berkeley Student Cooperative. Nora began academic pursuits at the University of California, Berkeley, earning a B.S. in Society and Environment, with further studies at Lund University.
