Nitin Sehgal has worked in the corporate world for over 15 years. Nitin began their career in 2004 as a Team Developer-SME at Aon Hewitt. In 2007, they joined UnitedHealth Group as a Quality Assurance Specialist, followed by roles as a Management Trainee, Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager. In their most recent role, they have been a Transition Manager at BlackBeltHelp since 2018. While at UnitedHealth Group, they were responsible for managing the delivery of various onshore assignments, leading a span of 70 quality advocates, 4 Assistant Managers and a team of Analysts, as well as preparing business reviews and error analysis reports.

Nitin Sehgal attended the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA) in Human Resources.
