Ali Rashed is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer at Blackbaud, having progressed through various roles including Software Engineer 2 and Software Engineer since January 2017. Prior to this, Ali Rashed gained valuable experience as a Software Engineer Intern at both Blackbaud and IBM, and also participated in a Summer Research Fellowship at The University of Texas at Austin, where skills in neuroevolution were developed through the use of NEAT in a physics game project. Ali Rashed holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin, earned between 2013 and 2016.
