Naheemah McMicheaux-McCallop

Naheemah McMicheaux-McCallop, M.A. I-O, is a seasoned leadership development coach and consultant, specializing in self-care and burnout recovery for executives and organizations. As Chief Wellbeing Officer of the Divine Pause Movement, Naheemah empowers women leaders to embrace radical self-care and overcome the "superwoman syndrome." With a focus on supporting Black and Indigenous women, Naheemah co-founded Sisters In Self-Care and serves as a facilitator for the #IamRemarkable initiative, promoting open discussions about accomplishments. Naheemah's extensive experience includes leadership roles in human resources, fund development, and event planning, along with a commitment to philanthropy and social justice through various ventures, such as Shop Black Santa. Naheemah holds a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Azusa Pacific University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from California State University, Fullerton.
