Stephen Kadenacy is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in merchant banking, corporate advisory, and financial leadership. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner of SilverBox Capital LLC since July 2017, Stephen Kadenacy oversees a range of activities including principal investing and capital formation. Current roles include Chief Financial Officer at Black Rifle Coffee Company and Chairman of the Board of Directors at Centerline Logistics Corporation. Previously, Stephen Kadenacy held several key positions, including Chief Executive Officer of Silverbox Engaged Merger Corp I, Director at Atlas Technical Consultants, and various leadership roles at AECOM, culminating as President and Chief Operating Officer. Stephen Kadenacy began their career at KPMG, attaining the level of Partner. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UCLA.
