Kaila Fain has extensive experience in event management and retail operations, currently serving as Event Manager, Retail Events Manager, and Branding Operations Manager at Black Rifle Coffee Company since January 2020. Prior to this role, Kaila worked at CLOSE CONTACT TACTICAL L.L.C. as a Women's Self Defense Instructor from May 2018 to September 2020 and held the position of Assistant Manager at 5.11 Tactical from March 2018 to January 2020. Additional experience includes managing Plato's Closet from November 2014 to March 2018 and serving as a Human Resources Manager in the US Army from April 2006 to March 2010. Kaila Fain earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Child Services from the University of Phoenix between 2013 and 2018.
