Kelly Kraus has extensive experience in the utility construction sector, currently serving as the Manager of Construction Planning at Black Hills Energy since July 1998. In this role, Kelly leads the construction planning team for Kansas and has gained expertise in estimating, designing, and updating GIS mapping for various natural gas construction projects. Prior to this, Kelly worked at Northern Pipeline Construction from March 1988 to July 1998 as a Pipefitter/Plumber, progressing from OP tech to Lead OP tech. Academic background includes education from Kaw Area Technical Institute.
