Kelli Sheibley is a seasoned professional in the utility sector with extensive experience in construction planning and contract services. Currently serving as a Construction Utility Planner at Black Hills Energy since July 2022, Kelli previously held the role of Contract Service Supervisor at Summit Utilities, Inc. for six months.
