Kellie F. started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Ernie Ball Music Man. Kellie then progressed to roles such as Human Resources Generalist at the AUGUSTINE BAND OF CAHUILLA INDIANS, Senior People & Culture Supervisor at San Diego Workforce Partnership, and currently as a Human Resources Generalist at Black Girls CODE. Kellie has extensive experience in HR responsibilities including payroll, recruitment, policy development, employee relations, benefits administration, and HRIS management. Kellie holds an Associate of Science degree in Sociology from Foothill College.
