Lauren Idoko is an experienced education professional with a strong background in program management and student engagement. Currently serving as the Director of Alumnae Engagement at Black Girls Code since April 2022, Lauren previously held the role of Senior Program Manager in the same area. Prior positions include teaching and administrative roles at KIPP Freedom Elementary, Harlem Village Academies, and Gyeongju Elementary School, among others. Lauren's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University and a Master’s Degree in Urban Education and Leadership from Loyola Marymount University.
