Jonathan S. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Independent Contractors and Businesses Association (ICBA) since February 2024, Jonathan S. contributes to supporting open shop contractors in Alberta. Jonathan S. has been with Black Diamond Group since March 2015, holding multiple senior roles, including Vice President of WFS Operations and Indigenous Partnerships, Vice President of Marketing and Community Relations, and General Manager of Indigenous Relations. Previous positions include Director at the Circle for Aboriginal Relations - CFAR Society, Director of Aboriginal and Community Relations at ARAMARK Remote Workplace Services, and Plan Board Specialist at Alberta Pension Services. Jonathan S. began a professional journey as an Executive Assistant at The AB & NWT District of the PAOC and as a Sales Manager at Enviro West Inc. Educational accomplishments include a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting/Marketing from the University of Alberta and completion of the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute.
