Blake Howland is an experienced professional with a strong background in construction estimating, building operations, and utility services management. Currently serving as an Estimator for Workforce Solutions at Black Diamond Group since August 2018, Blake specializes in timely cost and schedule estimates for major construction projects. Prior to this role, Blake worked at Tillyard Management Inc from February 2017 to July 2018 as a Building Operations leader, overseeing major projects and serving as the main liaison with vendors and key tenants. Blake has also accumulated significant experience at CORIX Group of Companies over a 16-year tenure, where responsibilities included service management, sales, and project management for rural water well systems. Blake holds a degree in Power and Process Operations from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, completed between 2015 and 2016.
