Deldelp Medina is currently the Executive Director at Black & Brown Founders. Prior to this, they served as the COO at Atipica, an operational consultant, and the Director of the Residency Program at Code2040.
Deldelp has always been passionate about diversity and inclusion. This led them to their work with Code2040, where they helped create programs to support and foster Black and Latinx entrepreneurs in eight different cities across the United States.
In their role as Executive Director at Black & Brown Founders, Deldelp is continuing their work to support entrepreneurs of color. They are also working to create more opportunities for people of color in the tech industry through their programs and partnerships.
Deldelp Medina has a certificate in arts administration and visual arts from New York University, a BA in humanities from the New College of California, and a general studies degree in communication and media studies from El Cerrito High School.
