Vivek Shankar currently serves as Director of Sales Operations & Enablement at Black Box, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this, Vivek was Sales Operations Manager at Argus Media from February 2018 to February 2024, where responsibilities included aligning sales processes to company objectives and pioneering weekly forecasting practices. From 2002 to 2016, Vivek held multiple leadership roles at Wipro, including Director of Sales Operations & Enablement for a $1 billion business unit, Director of Business Development with significant revenue growth, and Program Director, facilitating client product releases. Vivek also established a consumer electronics embedded system group as a Business Manager. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from the University of Mumbai and a Mini MBA for Executives from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore.
