Art Kilmer is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Black Bear Diner since August 2024. Prior to this role, Art held various leadership positions at P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc., including Chief Operating Officer, where responsibilities encompassed marketing, culinary innovation, and operations services. As Regional Vice President, Art successfully managed 65 restaurants across 16 states, emphasizing financial performance and guest satisfaction. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Steak and Ale Restaurants, where Art developed the first franchise program and directed operations for multiple locations. Art holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Shepherd University.
