Julie Lux is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in multifamily investment sales and pre-development services. Currently serving as the Director of Pre-development Services at BKV Group since 2018, Julie Lux focuses on the critical initial phases of real estate development, including site identification, evaluation, and acquisition assistance. Prior to this role, Julie Lux worked as a Multifamily Investment Sales Broker at Welsh & Colliers MSP from January 2015 to January 2018 and as an Investment Sales Broker at Cassidy Turley Real Estate from May 1988 to February 2015, specializing in multifamily investment properties throughout Minnesota. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Leasing at Gaughan Companies and as a Sales Associate at Towle Real Estate. Julie Lux holds a degree from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
