Peter Leveau is an experienced culinary professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as a Glädespridande kock in Bjuvs kommun since November 2022, Peter has previously held roles such as Development Chef while searching for new opportunities and worked as a Produktutveckling/konsult at Aloba / Aventure from January 2020 to November 2022. Past experience includes positions as Souschef/kock at Hif sportbar and extensive tenure at Findus Group, with roles as Chef de cuisine from 1985 to January 2020, and Chef de cuisine/development chef at Findus Sverige from March 1985 to April 2018. Peter's early career included being Chef de cuisine at Svarta Pannan. Peter is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America and completed education at Wieselgren and Rönnowska from 1973 to 1975.
