Mikesha T. Harvill, MA, is currently the Manager of Civil Rights Compliance at BJCTA - MAX Transit, overseeing Title VI compliance, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program, civil rights compliance, and government relations. Mikesha's career at the Birmingham-Jefferson County Transit Authority includes previous roles as Acting Compliance Manager, Compliance Administrator, and Marketing Specialist.
