Dena Dishman is a seasoned professional in organizational development and learning, currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Consultant at BJC HealthCare since September 2020. Prior to this role, Dena held various positions at Mercy from July 2005 to June 2020, including Organization Development Manager and Senior Consultant/Education Specialist. Dena began the career as an Internal Consultant at Ascension Health from January 1997 to June 2002. Dena possesses a Master of Science in Health Systems Management from Vanderbilt University School of Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
