Jia Chen is an experienced professional in strategic sourcing and supply chain management, currently serving as the Strategic Sourcing Manager for APAC at BJB Electric since July 2020. Prior to this role, Jia Chen was the Supply Chain Manager at a rapidly growing company, leading procurement efforts and achieving a 10% cost saving through effective negotiation. Experience also includes a position as Commodity Sourcing Manager at Electrolux, where Jia Chen managed a $42 million annual spending and developed the local supply base. Earlier roles include Sourcing Lead at Vallourec, managing a $289 million procurement project, and Supply Chain Specialist at Vido Holding. Jia Chen holds a Master’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management from Heriot-Watt University.
