Yugandhar Sandra is an experienced professional in customer delight and technical support, currently serving as Implementation Manager at Bizom since September 2020, with previous roles including Lead - Customer Delight and Sr. Customer Delight. Prior to Bizom, Yugandhar worked at HungerBox from January 2018 to August 2020 as Lead Technical Specialist and Senior Technical Support Specialist. Earlier experience includes a position as Design Engineer at DGS Technical Services Inc. from July 2017 to December 2017, where Yugandhar developed CAD drawings and collaborated with project leaders to define requirements. Yugandhar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology, obtained in 2016.
