Eko Febrianto is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in helpdesk supervision and IT operations. Currently serving as an IT Helpdesk Supervisor at Biznet (PT. Supra Primatama Nusantara) since October 2012, Eko has previously held the role of IT Support at PT Cermai Makmur Abadi International for a brief period in 2012 and worked as an Admin at PT Kencana Lima from March 2008 to April 2011. Eko holds a Sarjana Teknik degree in Information Technology from Universitas Gunadarma, earned between 2003 and 2012.
