Marianne Bernadette Pergis is an experienced professional currently serving as People Success Manager at BizForce since July 2022. Prior to this role, Marianne held positions as HR Specialist in Employee Relations and Engagement at BroadPath from May 2020 to June 2022, and as General Administrative Assistant at Datatel Electrical & Communications from April 2019 to May 2020. Earlier experience includes a brief tenure as a Recruiting Associate at Cognizant Technology Solutions in August 2018 and leadership as Vice President of External Relations for the Junior People Management Association of the Philippines - SLU Chapter from June 2017 to June 2018. Marianne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Saint Louis University (PH) and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of the Cordilleras, expected to be completed by 2024.
