C. Michael Roberson started their work experience in 2004 as a Critical Systems Engineer at Hewlett-Packard, where they worked until 2008. During this role, they handled critical system engineering tasks. In May 2008, they joined Service IT Direct as the Manager of Test & Integration - Datacenter Equipment. C. Michael managed quality control and testing of spare systems and parts, built and tested customer hardware/software orders, and handled spares inventory and shipping and receiving responsibilities. In 2016, they joined Bizbang as an Integration Test Manager, but no end date for this role is provided.

C. Michael Roberson obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Industrial Electronics Technology/Technician from St. Louis Community College/Meramec. This educational achievement took place from 1980 to 1982.
