Awa NDiaye Diouf is a PMP® and ITIL V4 certified professional with a diverse work experience in the field of IT support and project management. Awa NDiaye has recently joined Bizao as an IT Support Manager. Prior to that, they worked at Touch, where they held the positions of IT Support Manager and Senior Project Manager Business Development. Awa also served as a Senior Back Office IN/VAS Engineer and Project Manager at Huawei Technologies. Awa NDiaye has experience as a Technical Manager at SERVITECH and as a Project Manager at SETECOMS. Awa's earlier career includes roles such as SDM Customer Support Engineer and OBS(IN) Customer Service Engineer at Nokia Siemens Networks, IN TAC2 Support Engineer at Siemens, Telecoms Engineer at NETSURE, and Telecoms Engineer at Alcatel Integration Services.

Awa NDiaye Diouf's education history includes several training programs and degrees obtained from various institutions. Awa NDiaye Diouf has also obtained additional certifications throughout their career. In 2014, they received the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute, and in 2019, they obtained the ITIL V4 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
