Jorge Baracaldo is a Senior CRM Manager at Bizagi, responsible for regions LATAM, EMEA, and NORAM. Prior to their current role, Jorge worked as a CRM Manager at Microsoft and held various positions at companies such as BIT CONSULTING, Novasoft SAS, and Pfizer. Jorge is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) specializing in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and associated technologies. Jorge holds a degree in Project Management under PMI guidelines, as well as diplomas in Telecommunications Security and Systems Security.
