Mohd Sohel Deshmukh began their work experience as a Software Engineer at Softworx Technologies in March 2017. Mohd Sohel worked in this role until July 2019. In July 2019, they joined Biz4Solutions Pvt Ltd as a Programmer. Mohd Sohel progressed to the position of Senior Programmer in April 2022. Currently, they are still employed in this role at Biz4Solutions Pvt Ltd.

Mohd Sohel Deshmukh completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Information Technology from P.E.S college of Engineering, from the years 2008 to 2012. After that, they pursued their Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Computer Science from the Department of computer science and It, Dr B.A.M university, between 2013 and 2016. Prior to their bachelor's degree, they completed their H.S.C in science from Maulana Azad College, from 2006 to 2008.
