Miguel Chalco is an experienced accounting professional with a significant tenure at Bixby Capital Management since May 2008, where currently serving as Accounting Manager. In this role, Miguel manages over 45 properties comprising more than 5 million square feet and generating $45 million in net rental income. Prior to this position, Miguel was a Senior Accountant responsible for a CORE portfolio of over 40 buildings, with tasks including posting cash receipts and recording loan payments. Miguel previously worked as a Corporate Accountant at SunCal Companies from March 2006 to March 2008. Miguel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from California State University, Fullerton, obtained between 1996 and 2002.
