Roberto Santiago is an experienced Information Technology Specialist currently employed at BIVA MX since March 2019. Previously, Roberto held positions as a Senior Programmer at Sarakki Associates Inc. and as a Senior Java Developer at Quality & Knowledge On IT Service, where contributions included significant projects for HP and the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores. Roberto's background includes roles at IBM as a Senior BPEL/Java Developer, and various positions at Quality & Knowledge on IT Services and Softtek. Early in the career, Roberto worked on web applications for notable clients such as TotalPlay and Merck while specializing in Java and BPEL development. Roberto holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Escuela Superior de Cómputo, obtained between 2003 and 2007.
