Johanna Rapp is a Global HR Expert in International HR Development and Projects at BITZER, a position held since September 2020, following prior experience as an Assistant Global HR. Johanna's academic background includes a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Pforzheim University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Social Management from Hochschule Heilbronn. Prior to BITZER, Johanna completed an internship in Human Resources at Daimler Truck AG, where a Bachelor Thesis focused on HR Reporting and Planning was also developed. Additionally, Johanna gained experience as a Human Resources Intern and Working Student at BLANCO GmbH + Co KG. A Master Thesis on international HRM was also authored during academic studies.
