Justin LeSage has had various work experiences throughout their career. Justin started in 2006 as a Field Service Manager at BGR Radiator, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they joined Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. as a Power & HVAC Sales representative and remained there until 2021. Currently, they are the Director of Recovery & Business Development at Bitting Electric Inc, starting in 2022.

From 2004 to 2007, Justin LeSage attended Quinebaug Valley Community College, where they studied Business/Commerce, General. Justin did not obtain a degree during this time.
