Rok Horvat has a diverse work experience in the field of product design. Rok is currently employed at Bitstamp as a Sr. Product Designer, focusing on the mobile experience. Previously, they worked at tretton37 as a Sr. Product Designer, where they served as an inspirational advisor to the team and established the design process for clients. Before that, they joined Futura DDB and helped establish a new digital department, guiding less experienced designers and overseeing the user experience and creative direction of over 50 digital products. Rok also worked at KISKA, a multinational design studio, where they designed cutting-edge digital products for renowned brands. Prior to that, they worked at Biokoda d.o.o. as a Product Designer, responsible for UX and UI design of a cloud platform for encrypted communication and data storage. Rok started their career as a UX Designer assistant at Renderspace, conducting user experience research for a website merge project. Rok also gained experience in digital design at MarKing, where they started as a Jr. Designer and eventually became a Designer, focusing solely on digital design.

Rok Horvat attended the Institute and Academy of Multimedia from 2009 to 2012, where they studied media production. Prior to that, they completed their General High School/Secondary Diploma Program at Gimnazija Jožeta Plečnika Ljubljana. Rok has also obtained several certifications, including a UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group in February 2021, a Responsive Web Design Certification from freeCodeCamp in July 2020, a Google Developer Challenge Scholarship in Front-End Web Development from Udacity in March 2020, a Google Mobile Sites Certification from Google in August 2017, and an IQ test score of 143 (Cattell's scale) from Mensa International in November 2013.
