Kristijan Jeleč is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service delivery and program management. Currently serving as the Head of Service Delivery at Bitstamp since October 2022, Kristijan previously held the position of Global Program Manager at Vertiv, where responsibilities included program management and process improvements. Kristijan's earlier tenure at Ericsson spanned over a decade, during which various roles were undertaken, including Go To Market Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Team Leader, and Services Engineer, focusing on customer support, service quality, and project management. Kristijan holds an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology and a Master's Degree from the University of Zagreb in Electrical Engineering and Computing.
