Laya also works as Map Operations QA freelance at Quadrant.io, reviewing point-of-interest data to ensure accuracy and adherence to guidelines. Previously, Laya held the position of English representative at Progress HR, providing banking services for foreigners and acting as a translator. Additionally, Laya has experience as a part-time English and French tutor at Cours de lange, focusing on enhancing students' language skills. Laya holds a Master of Business Administration in Operation Management and Logistics from BEBS Barcelona Executive Business School and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in French Studies from Silpakorn University.
