Chayanun Mapita is an experienced professional in organizational culture and human resources, currently serving as the Head of Organization Culture & People Relations at Bitkub since May 2024. Previous roles include People Development & Engagement Division Manager at Central Department Store Group, where Chayanun implemented a growth mindset course for head office employees, and HRBP Division Manager, focusing on business partnerships. At H LAB Co., Ltd., Chayanun contributed to significant growth as part of the People & Culture team and assisted the CEO with key research and administrative tasks. Additional experience includes serving as a Human Resources Executive at Custom Asia, enhancing HR processes, and leading marketing communications at Keen Organizer. Chayanun holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Sciences from Chulalongkorn University.
